My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Playing sports, training, being active but at the age of 21 I had a sporting accident which left permanent damage. Years of rehabilitation and overcoming confidence and wellbeing issues, I am finally in a position to do my dream job. I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. I’ve been working as a qualified Personal Trainer in the Midlands, Uk. Helping to guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.

Through working with a diverse group of people, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time. 

Whether you just want to feel healthier, boost your confidence, loose weight, tone, train or have a new lifestyle I will tailor a fun, progressive and safe program to suit you.

I feel that talking and establishing a layered approach will help maintain your motivation and achieve your goals. Planning activities that you like, for when you are available and designed to achieve what you want. I am here to make sure that you're not alone for the journey.
