As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, goals. I aim to transform your body and the way you think about fitness, health and wellbeing. To encourage you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and to achieve and maintain a lifestyle that you want.

I was nervous about the gym, equipment and wanted to get healthy. Ray Kathryn was friendly, supportive and designed a program to fit around work and my life. I have lost weight, have sustained it and feel healthier, happier and have more confidence. I still have weekly sessions with Ray and attend her classes.
